At Montage Psychotherapy, I offer trauma-focused therapy that honors the connection between mind and body. As a practitioner in the mental health field since 2013, my work supports clients in processing difficult experiences, rebuilding internal safety, and reconnecting with themselves in a deeper, more sustainable way.
With a Masters in Counselling Psychology, my training includes certifications in trauma-focused therapies. I integrate techniques from EMDR, Integral Somatic Psychology, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Mindfulness based approach which allow me to support clients in working through trauma, building resilience, and enhancing self-awareness.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario, and I am committed to creating a compassionate, empowering space for each client.
Grounding the body.
Healing the mind.
The word "MONTAGE" reflects the way healing often happens: through the gradual integration of many experiences, emotions and parts of self into a more connected whole.
By focusing on nervous system regulation and physical awareness, I help you reconnect with your body's innate wisdom where meaningful change feels both emotionally and physically rooted.
Therapy is a space to slow down, explore your story with care, and move toward a greater sense of safety, resilience and wholeness.
